Kaspersky Antivirus (KAV) = Kaspersky Basic
Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) = Kaspersky Standard
Kaspersky Security Cloud (KSC) = Kaspersky Plus
Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) = Kaspersky Plus
You can upgrade KAV KIS KTS to new version Basic Standard Plus no loss activation key
Activation codes between these pairs of apps will be compatible backwards and forwards and you can use old KAV KIS KTS Backup key (.dat/.lic) activate Basic Standard Plus

1. Disabling the registration window:
Open the antivirus window, then settings (gear) -> Performance settings -> Computer resource consumption -> uncheck "Enable self-defense"
Open the registry editor (Win + R -> regedit), go to the registry branch:
